SALES POLICY FOR ALL ANIMALS

· We require ½ of the total price as a deposit to hold/reserve any goat/ kid, cow/calf, or rabbit/ kit . All animals are available until we receive a deposit. Animals that are available are on a first come first serve basis. 

· ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE! (Unless something happens to the animal while in our care. At that point we will either refund the deposit or you may put it towards another available animal.)

· If for some reason the animal needs to be returned to our farm, a FULL refund will not be issued. Buyer will forfeit the deposit amount that was made towards purchase. 

· We accept cash, Zelle, & PayPal Friends & Family. Remaining balance is due on pick up day in cash (unless otherwise discussed). 

· (GOATS) All kids will be up to date on CD&T vaccinations, wormed (as per their age allows), coccidia prevention, treated for lice/mites with Cylence Pour-On & hooves trimmed. 

· (CALVES) All calves will have the age-appropriate shots, will be wormed, castrated (if desired) and treated for lice.

· Once an animal leaves our farm it is the buyer's responsibility to provide proper care of the animal with correct feed/housing/hay/minerals/etc. - EVERY ANIMAL AT PK FARMS RECEIVES THE ABSOLUTE BEST CARE & MAINTENANCE. Goats and Cows are herd animals and do not thrive on their own. PK Farms is not responsible for the health/ condition of animals after leaving the farm. 

· All Animals must be picked up on the scheduled date. A $5/day boarding fee will be charged if picked up on a later day unless the buyer/seller have agreed to it. If the animal hasn’t been picked up within 30 days after scheduled date, they will become available! CIRCUMSTANCES COME UP & COMMUNICATION IS KEY.
